Global Staff Solutions is a Pre Qualified Sponsor and is one of the only companies in Australia with an Agricultural Labour Agreement to employ overseas skilled employees legally. A Labour Hire Agreement is an agreement formed between the Department of Immigration (DIMIA), the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR) and an Employer. Global Staff Solutions involvement in this agreement allows our company to sponsor candidates with specific skills and / or qualifications in a particular industry, which has been identified by DIMIA as having a Labour shortage.
Our Responsibilities
Global Staff Solutions, are responsible for the payment of wages, superannuation, taxation etc. Sponsored workers are hired out to the employer clients of Global Staff Solutions.
Client Benefits
As host employers you are given access to an exclusive sector of the workforce. The Global Staff Solutions Labour hire agreement is confined to candidates qualified as either Mobile Plant Operators or Farmers. This allows Global Staff Solutions to provide host employers with employees who are qualified/skilled in an area that has been identified as having a skill shortage in Australia.
Global Staff Solutions Labour Hire package offers the host employer a hassle free employee.
- Global Staff Solutions will structure the payment of the employee’s wages to mirror that of our clients pay run.
- The employee is covered under the Workers Compensation cover of Global Staff Solutions.
- The employee can be dismissed with 24 hours notice and less in exceptional cases.
